Debate League

Designed with a national champion debater and Pro Tournament champion, Debate League (currently beta testing), is a curriculum for teaching high-level debate skills to youth. Our methods can be used in any format of debate, or within our style. We've structured the materials to allow anyone (even someone who has never done debate) to start and run a debate club for kids from middle school through college.

Speaker League

By starting a Speakers League club, your are providing a fun, supportive environment for children 10-18 (and beyond) to learn how to: write a speech, give a speech, speak off-the-cuff, evaluate a speech, and run a meeting. Children build their confidence, and develop presentation skills, responsibility, leadership skills, critical thinking skills, and friendships.

Algebra 1

Course Rationale: Algebra 1 is the critical element in secondary mathematics education. Topics introduced in Algebra 1 provide the foundation students require for future success in high school mathematics, critical thinking, and problem solving. The primary goal in Algebra 1 is to help students transfer their concrete mathematical knowledge to more abstract algebraic generalizations.

Algebra 2

Course Rationale: These standards outline the content for a one-year course in Algebra II. Students enrolled in Algebra II are assumed to have mastered those concepts outlined in the Algebra I standards. All students preparing for postsecondary and advanced technical studies are expected to achieve the Algebra II standards. A thorough treatment of advanced algebraic concepts will be provided through the study of functions, “families of functions,” equations, inequalities, systems of equations and inequalities, polynomials, rational and radical equations, complex numbers, and sequences and series.

Robotic Coding – Level 3

Sensors introduce the user to the Touch, Ultrasonic, Gyro and Color Sensors. The user will learn how to use the Move Steering, Wait, Sound, and other blocks, users will also gain an understanding of the appropriate sensors to use to accomplish different tasks. For online class during COVID we use virtual robot which is software based simulation of EV3.
